Cancellation Policy

You will only receive a full refund if you cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival or if the weather prevents us from taking you diving. Just notify us by email or by phone and the refund will be issued the same day (PayPal fees may apply for deposits more than 60 days old).

Within 2 weeks of your arrival, you will not receive a refund unless we can fill the seats and will be expected to pay for you spot in full.

Nothing like Cozumel Coral

We cannot offer refunds to cruise ship guests who have problems caused by the ship. If there is a change in your ship schedule, we will do everything we can to reschedule your trip and get you diving but we cannot offer you any refund.


Cancellations due to illness, ear problems, missing the boat, excessive consumption of adult beverages and the like will not be issued refunds unless we can fill the seats.

Privacy Policy

When you provide your personal information such as name, address, email address and telephone number, we will not give or sell this information to any outside company for any use. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with us. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information we have collected from you at our site.
